Most of the weapons were covenant prototypes, which could have been introduced into the game, of which there’s 4 that was shown off. Posted on Twitter, the co-creator of the Halo series, Marcus Lehto showed off a video that included some cut weapons from the game like the Concussion gun, the Particle Beam Rifle, the Excavator, and the Microwave gun.
However, the halo series approaching its 20 th anniversary in November has fans talking about the series again, and the Co-Creator for Halo has shared some of the content that didn’t see the light of day on the original title. Halo has changed from a series made by a single company, to completely changing companies, it’s no surprise that some content from the halo series was sent to the cutting room floor.
